#ConstructionUpdate: Construction is now complete on Cloud House, a new multifamily residential community in Stanton, CA, developed by Bonanni Development and designed by AO. Located along Beach Boulevard, the five-story wrap-style building includes 321 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments with on-site parking. At the heart of the project is a 17,500-square-foot rooftop amenity deck, the largest in Orange County, featuring a pool, fitness center, and clubhouse. Inspired by Mid-Century Modern design, Cloud House offers spacious interiors, a double-height lobby with an integrated greenhouse, lounges, a central courtyard, and coworking spaces. This project follows the successful completion of VRV, the team's adjacent award-winning residential development.

In collaboration with SOSH Architects and Hard Rock International, AO provided full interior design and interior architecture services for the renovation and expansion. The project features HR Live, Hard Rock Cafe, Plum Lounge, dynamic gaming, and vibrant dining experiences that bring the Hard Rock spirit to life in Canada’s capital.
