Cloud House redefines multifamily living in Stanton with a boutique, resort-style experience that reflects the energy of its residents and the evolving character of the Beach Boulevard corridor. One of only a handful of multifamily developments built in the city in decades, the project introduces a bold new residential model that blends contemporary design with lifestyle-driven amenities. The five-story wrap community offers studio, one-, and two-bedroom residences organized around a central parking structure that enables a defining feature of the project, a 17,500-square-foot rooftop sky deck, the largest of its kind in Orange County. This elevated amenity level includes a pool, spa, fitness studio, and expansive lounge and entertainment areas designed for day-to-night use. At ground level, residents are welcomed by a double-height lobby and a co-working lounge anchored by a landscaped courtyard, creating a strong connection between social space and daily living. Additional amenities include leasing and support spaces integrated into a sequence of indoor and outdoor gathering areas that encourage interaction and community. Through its expressive architecture, layered material palette, and emphasis on shared experience, Cloud House establishes a new standard for high-density living in Stanton and contributes to the continued revitalization of the surrounding urban corridor.
