This project is the first hotel in downtown Hawthorne and close to several aerospace-related businesses including SpaceX and Boeing, as well as, Tesla’s design HQ, and five miles from LAX. The modular hotel features guestrooms which were constructed off-site, reducing the construction timeline by approximately six months. Amenities include a restaurant, fitness center, pool deck, and meeting space.
