This new hotel includes 150 guest rooms in 7 stories, as well as 5,000 SF of ballroom space, restaurant, bar, and outdoor event space. The hotel is part of the existing full service Marriott Hotel Mission Valley and will share the pool amenity deck and full service restaurants with that facility. Designed to take full advantage of the views of the river corridor and Mission valley, this hotel will be a welcome addition to the area.
The project design was developed with modular construction in mind, allowing the developer to pursue modular construction or conventional construction, once entitlements are complete.
