Co-Lodging Modular Hotel

This new, 10 story, co-lodging project was designed as a steel modular high-rise over a concrete podium with an automated parking system. The project includes shared work space facilities, roof top amenity deck, and lobby amenity spaces. The intent is to showcase emerging trends in housing that promote an enriched living experience through community engagement. The design challenge is how to express this new living concept architecturally and to create a distinguishable design element or combination of different design characteristics to serve as a unique brand signature design.
