Kia is a LEED-accredited professional who brings strong management skills to the project team. He brings over 25 years of experience specializing in Multifamily and mixed-use developments with additional knowledge in hospitality, retail, master planning, and more. With over 9 years at AO, Kia is a detailed problem solver who offers professionalism in all forms of his work. He originally went to school to become a doctor but worked in various architectural firms during his time at college and fell in love with the design and construction aspects that architecture provided.
