This mixed-use modular development located in San Jose, CA contains three 5-story residential buildings and a dual-branded hotel. Two of the residential buildings will feature market-rate units and the third building is 100% affordable. There are a total of 637 units between the 3 buildings ranging from studios to 2 bedrooms in the market rate buildings. The project also features a “Green Promenade” which starts from Stevens Creek Blvd adjacent to the Hotel and extends between both market-rate buildings.

The 250 guest-room dual-brand hotel is 5 stories of guest rooms over a 3-level podium parking structure, hotel lobby, and retail. The guest rooms consist of 109 extended-stay guest rooms and 141 select service guest rooms. Both residential and hospitality studios collaborated to bring this mixed-use community to life.
