Richard brings more than 30 years of experience in architecture, with a specialty in Retail and Mixed-Use design. During his experience he has managed and directed national retail roll-out accounts, lifestyle retail, and mixed-used projects through all phases of development and entitlements. For over 18 years, Richard also owned and operated his own architectural and graphic design firm located in Newport Beach, California, where he directed all aspects of marketing, branding, design, and production of commercial, healthcare, and retail projects.
