Paolo Leon, AIA, brings to AO a rich tapestry of experience spanning over a decade across diverse multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, and civic projects. During that time, he has overseen every facet of the architectural process from conceptual design through construction administration. His journey through the architectural realm has been marked by a profound dedication to client service and an unwavering commitment to quality design. 

As a Partner within AO’s Multifamily studio, Paolo leads with a blend of visionary leadership and pragmatic insight. His role entails not only guiding a talented team of designers and architects, but also fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation where ideas flourish and projects thrive. Paolo’s ability to articulate a cohesive vision and translate it into actionable plans is a testament to his prowess as an effective communicator and strategic thinker. 

Beyond his contributions to AO, Paolo is a champion within the architectural community, actively shaping the future of the profession through his leadership roles. As President of the American Institute of Architecture (AIA) Orange County Chapter and a member of the Board of Directors for the AIA California Council, Paolo is at the forefront of driving industry-wide initiatives and advocating for the advancement of architectural practice. In addition to his professional commitments, he is passionate about serving his community through his service on the board of directors for Think Together.
