Kai’s experience with AO spans from multifamily, retail, mixed-use, renovation, parking, master planning, and modular. With over 26 years of industry experience, he has spent over 13 years at AO specializing in multifamily running the spectrum of multifamily typology. His passion for architecture derives from making positive change in built environments and seeing how those environments impact the way people live, work, and play.
