Broadstone Arden at Park & Paseo

The 18 acre site is designed as a mixed use, apartment and retail master plan with 4 sites. Three of the sites, Arden, Archive, and Atlas, are wrap type with 5 story Type III construction. The fourth site is phased with an existing office building and DATA center to remain and a subsequent second phase to replace it with a podium residential project. The development includes approximately 1,221 apartments and 74,000 SF retail/commercial.
