The tarp is gone at 2721 Wilshire Boulevard, revealing the white exterior new affordable housing complex across the street from Lafayette Park in Westlake. The project from Los Angeles Housing Partnership and Richman Group, which replaced a surface parking lot adjacent to the historic Bryson building, consists of a new six-story edifice which will feature 64 apartments.
