A new “outside of the box” shopping center is on its way to the Las Vegas metro area. The City of Henderson has unanimously approved development plans for The Cliff – a $50 million, 100,000-sq.-ft. lifestyle and entertainment destination that will reimagine 10 acres of underutilized office space in the Green Valley Ranch community.
