The project, dubbed Zia, is being developed through a joint venture with Haseko Corporation on the former site of a car dealership at 1600 W. Lincoln Avenue. Plans call for a five-story, wrap-style complex featuring a total of 315 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, ranging from 600 to 1,900 square feet in size.
