The reimagined Central Park development epitomizes a transformative approach to urban mixed-use design, meticulously tailored to integrate with its surroundings while meeting modern needs and market dynamics. Extensive planning has yielded a master plan optimizing feasibility, functionality, and practicality, establishing The Central Park as a vibrant hub in the Central Corridor.

Adopting a traditional grid-style layout ensures effortless accessibility for pedestrians and motorists, facilitating smooth traffic flow and connectivity. Spread across three blocks, the development comprises seven buildings, each offering a unique blend of amenities and purposes, fostering a dynamic interplay of activities.

In the northwest block, a striking 21-story residential tower and an 18-story office tower flank a lively market/grocer space and adjacent restaurant, cultivating a vibrant ecosystem of living, working, and socializing. Simultaneously, the northwest block hosts a 21-story condo tower and a 320-unit senior independent living community, complemented by ground-floor restaurant/retail spaces catering to diverse demographics.

Central to the project is the meticulously designed centralized open space plaza, surrounded by restaurant and retail outlets, featuring lush turf areas, shade trees, seating enclaves, art installations, and ambient lighting, inviting visitors to engage in dining, shopping, and relaxation.

The grand pedestrian corridor and gateway at Central & Indian School serve as visual landmarks, adorned with art, shade trees, seating areas, and a café, drawing visitors into The Central Park and Steele Indian School Park, fostering a sense of community and belonging.

With nearly 78,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and restaurant space, 245,000 square feet of office space, and 1,450 residences, The Central Park embodies a comprehensive approach to urban living, seamlessly blending commerce, culture, and community within a vibrant, walkable, mixed-use environment.
