Architect of Record

This comprehensive master plan unfolds across a 36-acre canvas, featuring three distinct industrial buildings ranging from 189,000 to 311,000 square feet, collectively offering a robust total of 731,000 square feet. Situated on a site rich with history, once utilized for cheese production amidst sprawling cow pastures, this project stands as a testament to the area’s evolution. Its presence in Corona, known for its scarcity of large sites, signifies a valuable asset for both the client and the city, promising to invigorate economic activity and community development.

A central trucking drive interconnects the three buildings, facilitating efficient logistics within the private service yards. Each building boasts a grand office entry and a secondary (anticipated) entry statement adorned with two-story glazing, metal accent awnings, and ceremonial steps, exuding a blend of functionality and architectural finesse. Furthermore, a 4,000 square foot office area, spanning both the first floor and mezzanine level, is integrated into each building, ensuring optimal workspace utilization.

Honoring its history as Circle Jr. Ranch and later as the world’s largest cheese manufacturing plant under Golden California Cheese Co., the site now transformed into Rincon Industrial Park by Shea Properties marks a new chapter in its storied narrative. Ample landscape and outdoor break area amenities offer relaxation and rejuvenation, reflecting its past while promising economic vitality and industrial innovation for the future.
