The Bay Shores Peninsula Hotel is located on West Balboa Boulevard at 18th Street in Newport Beach, California. The existing 3-story, 25-key hotel is ideally located adjacent to the Marina Park & “Baby Beach”, steps away from Newport Bay to the north and Newport Beach to the south. The ordinary hotel will be substantially renovated, incorporating a “Contemporary Cape Cod Beachside” theme. The hotel will add upscale food & beverage offerings and rooftop decks with panoramic views of the ocean and Newport Bay.
