Positioned at a key intersection in Long Beach, the project transforms the former SeaPort Marina Hotel site into a vibrant, pedestrian-oriented environment. The open-air layout promotes walkability and connection through activated frontages, layered outdoor spaces, and seamless links to surrounding neighborhoods. A curated mix of retail, dining, and public gathering areas, including terraces, paseos, and greenspaces, fosters community engagement and leisure.
