Westfield Main Place is an iconic regional mall containing over 1.1 million SF and four anchors. The renovation includes the conversion of the three level Macy’s into a two level Target store with a full service 24 hour fitness club occupying the third and mezzanine levels. The renovation also includes the complete reworking of the dining court to an upscale market hall aesthetic, themed with Southern California lifestyle trends, with urban lane restaurants and new retail tenants added at level one.
