The Village Specific Plan in the City of Oxnard is a vision document consisting of many land areas along Oxnard Blvd. which at the heart would allow high density mixed use and low density residential development to occur, including Oxnard’s first ever wrap project. The overall master plan includes PA 12, 13, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21 totaling 15 acres with a transit center, farmer’s market, 50,000 SF of retail, 821 market rate units housed in 3 wrap buildings and a senior housing center.
