Complete design & rebrand of a highly successful market and foodcourt vendor for a Japanese delicacy. The project fused the introduction of current form, technology and vibrant articulation, with color embrace to incorporate the brand core and family tradition. The goal was to bring a western relevance to the design, without compromising the eastern heritage and internationally recognized brand. The concept engaged the consumer in the preparation & personalization of ordering to offer the consumer genuine experience & authenticity. The product prevailed through this interactive design. This innovative design is currently in production for several local test locations & expected to open with much success.
