The Terraces

Sited amidst native rolling hillsides and rooted in a rich historical context, is a destination higher-density residential community with resort-like accommodations. The project was conceptualized as 3 distinct neighborhoods which architecturally respond to the nearby wineries in Temecula, as well as the Spanish architecture brought by Murrieta’s founder. Of the 4-story tuck-style market-rate buildings, 10% of the units are allocated as affordable. Meandering pedestrian walkways connect the neighborhoods together anchored by the amenity center at the entry and continue beyond into the surrounding city and nearby single-family neighborhoods.
