Slated to be the next social hub of Orange County, The Row at Red Hill delivers an energetic mix of uses, including 80,000 square feet of retail space along with a neighborhood of five-story rental apartments. To meet the ever-present parking needs of a mixed-use community of this scale, the AO Parking Studio calculated a solution not only serving the residents of the development but also for the visitors of the retail stores.

Behind the large Market Hall fronting the main street, 4 wrapped residential buildings are anchored by four 5-story (Type IB construction) parking structures, totaling 2,455 stalls. Buildings A, B, and D include 80 designated retail parking spaces on the ground floor, fostering a convenient walking connection to the urban paseos linking to central plazas and shops. Taking advantage of the additional square footage on top of the structures resulted in the design of expansive rooftop amenity decks and gathering spaces promoting an elevated lifestyle for residents, complete with saltwater pools and spas, outdoor barbeques and kitchens, private cabanas, and fire pits.
