Esperanza at Duarte Station

Located just 100 feet away from the Duarte Gold Line Station, this double-wrap project evokes an urban feel with rugged references to the surrounding areas previous industrial use. The site’s centrality to the Duarte Station Specific Plan, as well as its proximity to the City of Hope inspired an idea: connection is key. A Linear Park, accessible to residents and the general public, occupies the space between the buildings; it will ultimately form a direct connection to Duarte Station through the adjacent site to the south. Large patios, enhanced materiality, and industrial detailing create a rich street frontage that opens the project up to the passing pedestrian. High-class amenities include a large rooftop pool deck with views of the San Gabriel Mountains and numerous courtyards with niche programming.
