Interior Design
Located in Phoenix International Airport’s (PHX) new Eighth Concourse occupied by Southwest Airlines, The Crystals at Sky Harbor, operated by The Grove, Inc., features a variety of local food concepts like Eegee’s and Pedal Haus, as well as regional and national restaurants Chik-fil-A and Bobby’s Burgers. Inspired by the crystals and geodes found in the Arizona desert, the design of the 7,500 square foot food hall features geometric shapes, natural, sustainably-sourced materials, and a central bar that anchors the space, calling attention to the incredible mountain views.
