The project design offers individuals an urban resort lifestyle with easy access to mass transit. Unique to this site is the inclusion of direct public access to the station and an automobile drop off plaza. The building configuration creates an urban frontage along the major city arterial and courtyards facing adjacent low rise residential with step down massing.
