This new ground up SpringHill Suites by Marriott (SSM) is located on Firestone Blvd. in the City of Downey. The hotel program consists of a non-prototypical Spring Hill Suites by Marriott with 140 guest rooms. The 4-story building will provide a fitness center, first floor bar and lounge and meeting space with a pre-function area. On top of the porte-cochere roof, there will be a rooftop pool, spa, and bar.
