Remodel for a 300-room hotel & casino built in 1994 as Boomtown and renamed to Silverton in 1997, located South of the Las Vegas Strip. The total site is 54 acres with the pool area at 1 acre. AO is working with Klai Juba Architects in Las Vegas on this effort, our task was to reimagine the pool area into a lodge-style resort setting. The design consists of a new 2,000 SF pool and oversized spa. Additional amenities include an outdoor bar/lounge, 14 new cabanas, 3 new fire pits, game area, an expanded pool deck, and new restrooms and showers.
