Scripps Mesa STEAM Lab and Garden is a 4,000 SF educational incubator designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world innovation. Located within the LIVIA at Scripps Ranch community, this state-of-the-art facility serves as a premier hub for TK–12 project-based learning, offering students an immersive environment to master the technologies defining the future. Through a strategic collaboration with the Qualcomm® Thinkabit Lab™, the facility hosts high-impact coding and robotics intensives that empower students to compete on national and international stages. The interior features highly adaptable instructional zones equipped for 3D prototyping, laser cutting, and aerial drone programming, while an integrated 700 SF outdoor garden extends the curriculum into botany and food science. By synthesizing advanced technical training with hands-on ecological exploration, the Lab provides a holistic, future-ready platform where the next generation of thinkers and makers can thrive.
