The Rio 2100 Residences is the latest addition to the Rio 2100 mixed use campus in the city of Tempe, AZ. This prominent multifamily mixed-use community will consist of a five-over-two podium building on a sloped site delivering 390 market rate apartments. The facades feature a contemporary architectural vocabulary with modern industrial articulation to establish rhythm and scale. The prominent corners of the building along E Cameron Way ground the project and create a sense of identity and arrival. A unique offering of resident amenities was driven by the local demographics and includes a co-work space, gear rental shack, resident lounge, fitness, pet wash, pool deck, and outdoor seating areas. Site amenities include pedestrian connectivity to the Rio Salado pathway, which provides convenient access to the vibrant Tempe Marketplace Mall. This trail system also includes linkages to other local amenities and cultural centers such as Tempe Town Lake and Tempe Center for the Arts.
