Rexford Industrial, a California-based industrial developer has found a home for their headquarters at The MET in Costa Mesa. Full tenant improvement and design assistance was provided for the 9,230 SF office space. Created in collaboration with the Rexford Design team; the space features an understated and modern industrial atmosphere with exposed ductwork and concrete floors, along with pops of color and rich wood accents.
