Integrating affordable apartments, Class A office space, and a regional transit hub, a new contemporary mixed-use village is set to rise in San Diego. Located on a formerly underutilized parking lot, the boomerang-shaped development sits on a sloping, triangular 1.2-acre site fronting the MTS station and I-15 freeway’s innovative ramp system supporting the mass transit hub. The building comprises of 100 affordable apartments and 14,000 SF of office space in a single five-story building. Family-oriented units include a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom affordable apartments with community-centered amenities.
