A sloping and triangular 2.3 acre site at the intersection of Del Prado at Amber Lantern and Pacific Coast Highway is divided into three podium buildings separated by a US Post Office and distribution facility. An internal connector street with arched tunnel element links the building on the western edge to the heart of the project which features a walkable urban mixed-use district complete with 32,500 square feet of retail including boutique shops, storefronts, restaurants, and sidewalk cafes. An inviting public courtyard draws visitors into the project, vertically activated by a rooftop deck offering panoramic seaside views.

The development showcases an array of interesting architectural styles, taking cues from local landmarks and beach culture incorporating bold colors and materials such as corrugated metal and natural wood siding. A total of 109 units offer more than 50 unique plans ranging from one-, two- and three-bedroom options with dens and live-work units. This resort-style development maximizes the site and generates the necessary critical mass to establish a lively downtown mixed-use destination.
