Located on a 1.5 acre site at Great Oaks Parkway and Lexington Avenue this 5-story wrap project provides 134 units wrapped around an above grade parking structure. A 4,100 SF leasing center, clubhouse and fi tness are integrated into the ground floor of the building 2-story volume. Oak Grove Apartments has achieved USGBC LEED Gold Certification.
