Norco Valley Square

A fully integrated Inland Empire mixed-use community consisting of multifamily apartments, retail space and a 120 key hotel. The agrarian-style community includes a large 6,000 SF clubhouse including offices, fitness, community living room, and outdoor recreation area with a pool and spa. The residential portion of the community includes 320 one-, two- and three- bedroom units with garages configured into 20 three-story buildings. The 8,700 SF commercial portion of the project site provides a hub for cafes and restaurants surrounded by enhanced community gathering spaces for dining and outdoor engagement.
