Mercedes Benz of Cincinnati

This project integrates a prototypical Mercedes-Benz dealership into a compact, shared site with an adjacent hotel, balancing access and parking between the two. The four-level, 210,000 SF facility includes a sales showroom, service center, and parking for 500 vehicles, all situated on a highly visible 4-acre parcel along Interstate 71. A key design challenge was addressing the heightened security requirements due to the proximity of a neighboring federal government facility.
