With a focus on optimizing site utilization, design services consist of transforming over 2,000 SF of tenant space and approximately 1,000 SF of patio space to align with the brand’s esteemed standards. Embracing the brand’s ethos of fresh and modern dining, the design remains efficient throughout with seamless integration of indoor-outdoor spaces and a contemporary aesthetic.
