A 12,163 SF themed restaurant with a 1,200 SF patio, full bar and stage, exterior branding and tenant improvement. This location continues the classic Jimmy Buffet Island Life appointments and features an outdoor “Land Shark” fire pit with palapas and adirondack chairs, as well as a themed retail space to collect souvenirs from your “Island Adventure”. The interior features diverse dining areas, including a full size dive boat, all while enjoying live entertainment from the stage.
