Located off scenic Coast Highway 101, Marea Village is a lifestyle-forward, mixed-use development within the beachside Leucadia community in the city of Encinitas. A collaboration with Design Architect Stephen Dalton Architects, the vibrant, welcoming collective will feature a variety of residential typologies, as well as commercial retail space and public amenities. A key component is the expansion of the existing Alila Marea Beach Resort, which will empower locals and travelers to enjoy a true mixed-use community. Designed with its coastal context in mind, the development will also feature walking paseos and a pedestrian plaza with outdoor seating promoting circulation and connectivity between residents and the surrounding environment.
