Main Street Apartments

A reimagined commercial site will become a new market-rate modular development, near downtown LA, the iconic Dodgers Stadium, and the preserved Los Angeles State Historic Park. The project was re-entitled by AO utilizing modular design and prefabricated construction methods, resulting in higher efficiency within the S-shape footprint that maximizes the unit count. The design discipline also allocates a 6,448 SF commercial component along the ground level in addition to an expansive roof deck and open courtyards. In accordance with the affordable housing bonus program, a percentage of affordable apartments will be set aside as low-income units.
