Located in the Pacific Highlands Ranch mixed use development of Carmel Valley, this multifamily community, brings 79 new affordable housing units to the area. Luna is near retail, dining, schools, a new park, a future library and a transit station. Amenities include elevators, integrated leasing and clubhouse, computer room and laundry facilities. Luna provides housing for the local workforce in a neighborhood normally unaffordable to those of lower income. Luna Apartments is a TCAC project.
