LIVIA at Scripps Ranch is a 264-unit multifamily development in San Diego’s Miramar Ranch North community. This public-private partnership provides market-rate housing, including dedicated subsidized units for district educators. The site features the Scripps Mesa STEAM Lab and Garden, serving TK–12 students from nearby schools. Funded by the developer, the 4,000 sq.ft. lab offers flexible spaces for hands-on science and technology learning, alongside a 700 sq.ft. outdoor garden. Resident amenities include a clubhouse and leasing lobby, fitness center, dog run, pool and spa, and a 2,000 sq.ft. commercial space hosting an Italian deli market and eatery. The mix of uses fosters a vibrant, inclusive environment that supports both living and learning for students and educators.
