A mall repositioning project transforming a former Sears into a mixed-use development reviving the retail center. The landscape design embodies the concept of wellness and healing with the integration of therapy spas, lap pools, outdoor fitness, and yoga lawns while residential courtyards provide active gathering spaces with stadium seating at lawn areas, barbecues, gaming tables, and fire tables with lounge seating.
