Harbor Island West Marina will bring an elevated mixed-use program that will activate and re-energize the north edge of the San Diego Harbor. The “Gateway to the Bay” will be completely reconstructed and reimagined with 16,000 SF of new multi-tenant retail and amenities for marina users including rental and management offices, lockers, boater facilities, and restrooms. With renewed vibrancy, boaters, harbor-goers, and visitors alike will enjoy shopping, convenient dining, ocean-front recreation areas, and easy access to San Diego’s beautiful Embarcadero and downtown Gaslamp District.
