El Camino Shopping Center

AO provided a complete renovation for the existing 135,813 SF retail center located on Mulholland Drive and the Ventura Freeway in Woodland Hills, CA. The revitalized center converted a vacant grocery tenant into a new Bristol Farms market. The early 80’s Mediterranean architecture was transformed into classical Tuscan Architecture with upgrading existing tenants such as Wells Fargo, Bank of America and assorted other retail and restaurant tenant’s facades. A redesigned central courtyard provides customers a pleasant outdoor al fresco dining experience with casual seating and enhanced landscaping.
