The site is conveniently accessed along all three edges, allowing for fluid vehicular and pedestrian circulation. The project includes an 842-seat cinema, three single-story commercial buildings, and shopping, dining, and entertainment uses. The development features a contemporary architectural aesthetic that complements the surrounding area and ties the individual buildings together.
