Design Architect

Located at the northeast intersection of Pacific Coast Highway and Cleo Street, this four-story 80-room hotel over three subterranean levels of structured parking and totals approximately 75,000 SF. The hotel includes restaurant space and patio area, and a unique Market Place that is used as a combination of social meeting spaces, art gallery, and community space. The project will activate the street scene, improve pedestrian experiences, and provide creative exhibition space and much needed public parking in the area.
