Promoting social good for Los Angeles residents, Bryson II provides Permanent Supportive Housing in a transit-oriented district. Standing six stories tall, the building is situated adjacent to the historic Bryson Apartment Hotel. Taking cues from the Beaux Arts style architecture, the building also respects the scale, and massing of the notable structure to create a distinctive, contemporary urban statement. A total of 15 units are designed for persons with developmental disabilities and 50% of the total units are affordable, along with 993 SF of support and counseling spaces. Amenities include a ground-floor common area lobby and offices, capped with a large roof deck and elevated courtyards.
