Located on an 4.54 acre site, Archive is a mixed-use 5-story wrap and is the second of three buildings in the Park & Paseo community. Archive contains 403 units ranging from studios to three bedroom apartments. The Park & Paseo development includes 74,000 SF of retail/commercial space. The design standout of the development is the large glass elevator that can be seen as the guest enters from Red Hill or Dyer that illuminates at night. The community also includes luxurious amenities like an indoor/ outdoor gym, pool and spa, co-working spaces, Formula 1 simulator, Karaoke lounge, roof deck, bar and lounge, basketball courts and more.
