Landscape Architect
The project consists of a Four-Phase renovation to the Bear Mountain Resort Property, located in Big Bear Lake CA. AO provided architectural and landscape services for this project. It will include new grand stairs that lead guests straight to the snow, fire tables and lounge furniture, artificial turf areas, and festoon lighting for events. Improvements will be made to the guest arrival and ticketing area, Base Camp deck and Laybacks Bar, with an addition of a boardwalk and new guest amenities between Laybacks Bar deck and the Academy Training Facility.
